For those candidates interested in opening a sober living facility where miracles are a common occurrence, affiliation with Papilion House, Inc. offers numerous benefits, including becoming part of a proven sober living house model with admirable integrity. This document spells out the Entitlements and Responsibilities of becoming a Papilion House, Inc. Affiliate.    This opportunity serves those coming to the table with a legitimate, viable property to function as the facility of operation. All Affiliations will be approved by the Board of Directors and a contractual agreement will be contingent to this approval.  Costs, Affiliation Program and Ala-Carte Services will be explained in detail to interested parties.

Responsibilities of Affiliates

Affiliation requires that a Project Manager become an active member of the Board of Directors where meeting                attendance is required.  Responsibilities of the Project Manager and all activities fall under the Papilion House, Inc. Board of Directors. 
Project Manager to be paid by a percentage of profits (in addition to any grant obtained salaries) and staff for day-          to-day operations as needed
Project Manager creates and maintains all contractual arrangements for the property, ie. Lease, utilities,                       professional and property liability insurance, etc. 
Maintain the property to a set standard as outlined by any lease agreement, federal, state and corporate                      standards
Sustain a stand-alone facility whereby Affiliate is financially responsible for all facility costs
Maintain program adherence in accordance with the Boards direction
Any grants and fundraising activities obtained or received by the Project Manager must be coordinated with the              Board of Directors.  All built in Administration Fees allotted by the grant are to be relinquished to Papilion House, Inc. as all grant administrative duties will be handled at the corporate level.

For those Do-It-Yourselfer’s, fee based a-la-carte services are available for those who are not interested in the benefits of Affiliation, but would like to pursue opportunities of service on their own.
